What are the latest statistics from our market?

As of March 4, we had a total of 12,728 regular listings available, which was down 4.66% from the week of February 26. In the last 30 days, there have been 5,753 sales, which is up 5.94% from the previous week. The level of inventory for regular listings went down during this span from 2.42 months to 2.39 months.

In the freehold market, there were 9,774 listings available as of March 4, which is up 4.58% from February 26. There have been 3,456 freehold homes sold in the past 30 days, which is an increase of 7.73% compared to last week. The level of freehold inventory dropped during that span from 2.91 months to 2.83 months.

In the condo market, we currently have 3,954 listings, which is down 4.85% compared to last week. There have been 2,287 condo sales in the past 30 days, which is an increase of 3.35% compared to last week. Inventory for condos rose slightly during this span from 1.7 months to 1.73 months.

There are currently 1,317 regular listings under contract, 609 freehold properties under contract, and 646 condos under contract.
